Location: 13 Babatope Bejide Crescent, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State
Reports to: Ag. Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

As we expand our reach and impact, we are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing & Content Lead to drive brand visibility, grow our community, and lead content strategy across all digital touchpoints.

 

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing & Content Lead will spearhead our brand’s digital presence by creating compelling content, managing integrated marketing campaigns, and leading growth strategies that increase visibility, engagement, and conversion. This role requires a creative strategist with a deep understanding of storytelling, brand marketing, social media, content production, digital tools, and data-driven campaigns. You will play a critical role in shaping the narrative and growing Inked Memory’s community across platforms and markets.

 

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Brand Storytelling

 

  • Lead the development and execution of content strategies across social media, website, email, blogs, and campaigns.
  • Craft compelling, emotionally resonant content that communicates Inked Memory’s mission and elevates its voice.
  • Design and Oversee storytelling formats including videos, reels, blog posts, testimonials, visual designs, and digital storytelling campaigns.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

 

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta, X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage paid ads, SEO/SEM, and email marketing to generate leads, drive traffic, and boost conversion.
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align campaigns with product launches, events, and growth initiatives.

Social Media Management & Community Growth

 

  • Develop and manage social media calendars, trends, engagement strategies, and performance analysis.
  • Grow and engage a loyal community of memory lovers, storytellers, and legacy builders online.
  • Monitor digital trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to stay ahead in brand positioning.

Content Production & Creative Coordination

 

  • Supervise and contribute to the creation of high-quality visual, written, and multimedia content.
  • Oversee in-house and outsourced content production processes, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

 

  • Community Growth Rate – Increase in social media followers and engagement
  • Lead Generation & Conversion Rate – Qualified leads and digital conversion from campaigns
  • Content Reach & Performance – Views, shares, likes, impressions, and virality metrics
  • Campaign ROI – Return on investment from paid campaigns and content boosts
  • SEO & Web Analytics – Growth in website traffic, rankings, and time-on-site
  • Email Marketing Metrics – Open rates, CTR, and subscriber growth
  • Brand Mentions & Visibility – Organic mentions, partnerships, collaborations
Qualifications

Education:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, or Social Media Marketing are a plus.

Experience:

 

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, brand communications, or content strategy.
  • Proven track record of managing digital campaigns and growing an online community.
  • Experience in lifestyle, publishing, media, or mission-driven brands is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies:

 

  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and creative direction skills.
  • Proficient in digital tools: Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, WordPress, etc.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and user behaviors.
  • Ability to translate ideas into content and content into impact.

Working Conditions

 

  • Role is based in Lekki, Lagos
  • Core hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with occasional flexibility)
  • Occasional travel may be required for content shoots, partnerships, or coverage of activations.
